Step by Step Setup

    • Click on top right corner App list.
    • Select Archive Email-to-Case App.
    • Click on top right corner Your Name.
    • Select Setup.
    • Left sidebar Search Box.
    • Enter Cases and Select Page Layouts from search result .
    • From Case Page Layouts.
    • Select case Page layout in which you would like to enable archive/restore functionaity .
    • Select Buttons
    • Drag and Drop Archive and Restore buttons.
    • Click Save .
    • Click on Cases tab.
    • Open a case for which you enabled the functionality.
    • Click Archive .
    • Click Submit .
